Lead Subscription Service

1. Service Description

Find Pest Experts operates a lead generation service connecting homeowners with pest control professionals. By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive homeowner enquiries ("Leads") that match your selected service areas and pest control specialties.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay via Stripe for your selected plan:

  • Shared Plan (£100/month): An average of 10 leads per month with a guaranteed minimum of 8 leads, each lead may be sent to up to 2 companies
  • Exclusive Plan (£200/month): An average of 10 leads per month with a guaranteed minimum of 8 leads, each lead is sent only to your company
  • Pay Per Lead: Custom pricing based on agreed lead volume, with payment per lead delivered. Invoices are issued at the start of each campaign period and re-invoiced at the same time each month. Payment must be received before we begin delivering leads for that period.

For subscription plans (Shared and Exclusive), billing renews automatically monthly until cancelled through Stripe or by contacting our support team. For Pay Per Lead customers, billing is based on leads delivered as per your agreement, with upfront payment required before campaign commencement.

3. Lead Distribution

"Leads" are homeowner enquiries submitted via our website that match your service area and pest control services. Lead distribution works as follows:

  • Shared Plan: Each qualifying lead may be sent to up to 2 companies in your service area
  • Exclusive Plan: Each qualifying lead is sent only to your company
  • Leads are sent via email to your registered contact details
  • We aim to provide an average of 10 leads per month, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 leads
  • We make reasonable efforts to verify lead quality but cannot guarantee accuracy of all information

4. Lead Guarantee & Refund Policy

For Shared and Exclusive Plans:

We guarantee that you'll receive at least 8 qualifying leads per calendar month.

If we deliver fewer than 8 qualifying leads in a given month, you'll receive a partial refund based on the number of leads missing.

For example:

  • If you receive 7 leads, you'll get a refund for one-eighth of your monthly fee.
  • If you receive 5 leads, you'll get a refund for three-eighths of your monthly fee.
  • If no leads are delivered, you'll receive a full refund.

For Pay Per Lead Customers:

If we deliver fewer leads than the agreed volume in your contract, you'll receive a refund for the difference. You will only be charged for the actual number of qualifying leads delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the month. All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

While we guarantee a minimum number of leads, we do not guarantee:

  • Job conversions or revenue from leads
  • The quality or accuracy of all lead information
  • That leads will result in paying customers
  • Response rates from potential customers

5. Service Areas and Specialties

You may update your service areas and pest control specialties by contacting our support team. Changes typically take effect within 2 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Respond to leads professionally and promptly
  • Provide only the pest control services you specified during signup
  • Not spam or harass potential customers
  • Maintain current licensing and insurance as required by law

Misuse of our service, including spam, harassment, or bad-faith contact with leads, may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused leads.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and process lead information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Lead contact details are provided to you solely for the purpose of providing pest control quotes and services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for your plan. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
